Services
- General organization management, including maintaining a central business address and telephone, and distributing communications as appropriately (i.e., electronic mail, fax, etc.).

- Assistance to Boards of Directors, including distribution of agendas and materials for meetings and recording of minutes from all meetings. Assistance to committees, as required or requested.
- Managing membership records, including past and current members, prospective members, and managing annual membership renewal process by invoicing members. Assisting in the recruitment and retention of new members.
- Managing and maintaining organization electronic outreach, including website, e-newsletters, bulletin boards, and other electronic communications tools.
- Managing and maintaining order fulfillment for manuals, promotional materials
and merchandise mailing services
- Providing executive management counsel and advice, when and where appropriate, in Board of Directors meetings, committee meetings, etc. while simultaneously empowering boards and/or committee members to fulfill their responsibilities of setting policy and directing their organization.
